Zan Lee DuRoy, a local visual artist, model, and photographer, was born and raised in San Antonio. She came up as a teen and young adult during the nascent local alternative music scene of the 80’s, exploring various youth cultures of punk rock, new wave, goth, & industrial. Except for dipping out here and there to travel and raise a couple kids, she has been a fixture of the local live music scene here for almost 40 years and boy, does she have some stories to tell!
